Personalised care
Free 20-minute consultation
Whether you would like to embark on short-term or long-term work, it all starts with an initial consultation. I offer a free 20-minute telephone or video consultation, giving us an opportunity to meet, discuss what has brought you to therapy, and consider whether working together feels right for you
Short-term work
Following the initial consultation, we may agree to work together on a short-term basis, typically over ten sessions, or for another defined period focused on a particular concern.
This approach explores specific goals and challenges at hand.
Long-term work
Following the initial consultation, we would embark on open-ended weekly psychotherapy sessions to explore what might be going on beneath the surface. These sessions are non-directive and offer a space to engage in creative conversations to help you reflect and make sense of your unique experiences.
